Warm up:
Toe touch stretch , arm circles, 30 Side Straddle Hops, 10 Burpees
Workout – “In The Card”
Intermixed exercises and reps written on individual cards. Exercise on card was performed and then a 1/8 mile lap was ran. Card swap was allowed after the run 1 time per round then run was repeated.
After first 5 laps the option to double reps on card was initiated. After 10 total laps the final round was MAX round. Max your reps then after lap you passed your card with your max reps.
Ended in circle of trust and prayer.
