It was a perfect morning for some Hills!

The Thang

Mosey to the base of hill on Willow Lane.

Sprint to top of hill, jog down, wait for the six with some recovery exercises.  (SSH, Burpees, Flutter Kicks, Dry Docks, LBC’s)

We completed between 7 and 8 rounds of this, with some Rabbit and Turtle designations.

Recovery Mosey .5 miles down Saurkraut and loop back to parking lot.
