Hawkeye’s Feeling Lucky !

When  you have walked 73 years of life and decide to get up early to workout with guys half your age there isn’t a rain storm or much of anything that will keep you from LIVING TODAY.  In celebration of Hawkeye’s 50th workout with the PAX we honored him with his name carved into the Log of Fame and we adorned him with some Shamrock Gear for St. Patrick’s Day.   The log is not allowed to hit the ground during the workout; if it does 10 penalty burpees are accumulated for the end of the workout.  If the Shamrock’s Hat hits the ground, another 5 penalty burpees are assessed immediately.

Disclaimer – open to all men, free, outdoors, peer lead in rotating fashion, end with Circle of Trust.  Not professionals, everything is suggestion, modify as needed to include not doing what’s suggested.
