The Thang:

Mosey around field to the playground (YHC is still nursing a stress fracture and has been upgraded to a boot so I lumbered directly to the playground to meet up with the rest of the PAX)

Elevens: 1 Burpee: 10 Dips; ladder to 10 Burpees: 1 Dip (55 total Burpees and Dips)

90-second Dead Hang

10 Ab Roll-outs on swing

60-second Dead Hang

10 Ab Roll-outs on swing

30-second Dead Hang

10 Ab Roll-outs on swing

Pyramid Pushups: 1 Pushup: 1 Air Press; ladder up to 7:7 and back down to 1:1

Mosey around field to the band stand

People’s Chair with punches and overhead claps

10 Catalina Wine Mixer (IC) each side

In turn, each PAX calls out an exercise for the rest to do while he runs ~ 50 yards out and back (LBC, Flutter Kicks, Sumo Squats, Box Cutters)

Post workout note: Ditto and I agree that Ab Roll Outs hurt the next few days!!!
