Change in travel plans and lack of plans lead to a group Q. Beaker, Ditto, and Pork Chop started off with Ringworm joining us ~ 20 minutes in after he finished work.
Moseyed to the end of the street for warm-a-rama and back to the shovel flag for various routines as we made are way around the park for such things as 11’s with Dips/Jump ups, Merkins/Squats as well as series of lunge walks forward and backward with stops for various exercises. We took turns running ~ 100 yards while the rest did the exercise of the runner’s choice. I don’t recall all of our work but I do remember working up a good sweat.
We had good mumblechatter along the way.
Pork Chop and Ringworm had to split following the workout so only Beaker and Ditto made it to coffeeteria and had a good time catching up.
