The Thang

Moseyed to the first corner outside the park for 10 Burpees, Moseyed 100 yards to the 2nd corner for another 10 Burpees, Moseyed 200 yards to the next corner 10 Burpees, Moseyed up a 200 yard hill for 10 more Burpees on the corner. Moseyed a 1/2 mile to park #2 for 2 rounds of 30 second intervals of pull-ups and Murkins.. went to the pavilion for a session of dealers choice exercises with 30 LBCS in between each pax choice of exercise.

We then went and each did a ten count of BTTW. Moseyed back 1/2 mile to the shovel flag for 5 minutes of Mary

finished with Countarama, NameOrama and Circle of trust. Great workout and appreciate the Fellowship, encouragement and mumble chatter with my F3 bros.
