Ran for 1.5 miles to north catty park.  Stopped at the pavilion for…

1). -10 Burpees OYO, 2) – 10 step ups (each leg),

3) – 20 squats in cadence, motivators starting at 10 down to 1.,  4) -Monkey humpers in cadence (25).

5) – 10 Carolina dry docks in cadence, 6) – dips each pax for a count of ten,  7) – deals choice, each pax called an exercise to do. ( diamond Murkins, wide close. , Box cutters , calf raises.

8) – chest pull-ups on the swings, 9) – 10 regular push-ups followed by balls to the wall each pax for a count of ten.

Moseyed 1.5 miles back to the Ranch for 6 minutes of Mary.
