The Thang: Partner exercises. While one partner does 20 reps of a leg exercise at the top of the hill, his partner does an arm exercise with two 15 lb. dumbbells at the bottom of the hill until he returns. They flapjack and repeat. Arm exercises included: curls, thrusters, dumbbell swings, back flys, chest flys, back rows, tricep press, and military press. Leg exercises included: Bonnie Blairs, star jumps, line hops, Alabama ass kickers, mountain climbers, zebra kicks, lunges, and squats.
Mary with weights 15 reps: American hammers, crunchy frogs, big boys, plank rows, control freak Merkins, and man makers.
