F3 Needs You

Most of us recognize that we need F3 or something like it as we age.  But sometimes we forget that F3 is a two way street. The truth of the matter is that F3 needs you as much as you need F3.  It’s beneficial to get encouragement from your brothers as you workout, but remember that your brothers need encouragement from you too.  Hopefully F3 is both an opportunity to improve yourself and an opportunity to help other guys along in their fitness and life goals – to live third and be a H.I.M.

Warm-up:  Side-straddle hops, grass pickers, arm circles, abe vigodas, and various stretches.  Jog to fitness theater.

The Thang: Alternating weight resistance training and strength poses.  Weight resistance training with 10 – 25 lb. weights for 20 reps X 2 included: curls, shoulder press, tricep press/skull crushers, weighted sit-ups, front hold, side hold, back rows.  Strength poses for a count of twenty around the circle included: low plank, Al Gore, ballerina, side plank, superman, six inches, and Burpies.
