- 1st: 30 Merkins/ 5 Staggered Merkins per arm/ 10 Carolina Dry Docks
- 2nd: 30 Squats/ 20 Bobby Hurley/ 10 Ski Jumps
- 3rd: 30 SSH/ 20 Smurf Jack
- Home: 30 WW1 Sit-ups/ 20 Imperial Walkers
