The Thang
in order to keep with the Rucking with your Coupon theme, we immediately Mosey'd over to the coupon shed to each pick up our favorite. We carried them with us for the rest of the morning using them with every exercise. Rucking back to the Pavilion, we did step ups, dips, lbcs. Then rucking to the playground for underdogs. Rucking on back past the stage we climbed up the three-headed monster and back down to the parking lot. Placing our coupons in the center, we proceeded to do relays to either end, stopping at the coupon to do laddered merkins. At 5 merkins we switched to lunge walks, then bear crawls, then time forced us to finish with nurs.
