– Mosey or walk on ice to pavilion (30 minutes)
I. 3 groups - 5 Burpee Timer, ab exercise , Merkins 5 rounds For total of 25 burpees
II. Mosey to Pavilion – 10 minutes Tabata
Perform the main movement for 30 seconds, then the active recovery movement for 30 seconds.
1. Step ups, (Active Rest) Plank punch
2. Dips, (Active Rest) Shoulder taps
3. Step ups,(Active Rest) Plank Punch
4. Dips, (Active Rest) Shoulder taps
REST – 30 seconds
1. Derkins, (Active Rest) Low Plank
2. Squat jumps, (Active Rest) High plank
3. Derkins, (Active Rest) Low Plank
4. Squat jumps, (Active Rest) High plank

1. Bb sit ups ((active rest) side plank right
2. Mountain climbers (active rest) side plank left
3. Bb sit ups/spm right
4. Mr climbers / side plank left
III. Mosey to parking lot, split into two groups, 10 minutes:
1. Sprint, imperial walkers
2. Side shuffle, fwd lunge
Ran out of time
1. Carioca run, Carolina dry docks
2. But kickers, toy soldiers
3. High knee skip 50 yards, merken
