SS HOPS, Moroccan Night Clubs, Arm Circles, Trunk rolls, LBCS, Abe Vagotas, Imperial Walkers, Lunges. We then Moseyed to the other Catty Park about 3/4 mile distance.
The Thang
4 Rounds of repeated exercises each round ending with an added exercise. ( example 1st round had 6 exercises, 2nd had 7 and so on. 1st round consisted of.
20 Merkins, 25 LBCs, 20 lunges, 25 squats, 50 SS HOPS, and 60 second wall sits.
2nd round: all of the above plus 5 Burpees
3rd round ( made it only to the end of the second round before running back to the shovel flag.
