Beckenbauer warm-up with jogging, reverse jogging, high knees, butt kickers, side shuffle, karaoke, skipping , bending, and 30-30-30s.
Mosey to play ground. Exercises IC x10 were arm circles, circle arms, raise the roof, Abe Vigodas, monkey humpers, imperial walkers, toy soldiers, ski jump plank, and SSH.
Exercises with two 15 weights during 45lb bucket carry included: WWIII, thrusters, chest fly, skull crushers, lateral raises, back rows, squats, and swings.
Mosey to shovel flag for stretching.
Stretches included: reclining pigeon, sciatica stretch, WGS, partner pulls, and downward dog and cobra.
