The Thang
We did a series of exercises with different weights.5,8,10,12,20 and a 20 lbs kettle bell.The series consisted of side swings,hammer chops,lateral raises,overhead press,tricep presses, kettle bell swings.We also did planks,glute bridges,wall sits because isometrics have been shown to lower blood pressure.We did a walking backward routine which strength knees We also ran or walked several laps around parking lot.
