Round One: Carolina Drydocks, IC x 10; Shoulder Taps, IC x 10;
LBCs, IC x 20; Squats, SC x 30.
Round Two: Explosive Drydocks (Explo-docks?), SC x 10; Ankle Grinders, IC x 10; Box-cutters, IC x 20; Step-Ups, OYO x 20 each leg.
Round Three: Elevated Drydocks (Hi-docks?). (Feet on bench or tabletop). IC x 10; Bear Crawl to mid-point of pavilion, then Crawl Bear back, OYO x 2; American Hammers, IC x 20; Double squats, IC x 15.
Close to the same beatdown as on Thursday, but we got it done in about 30 minutes. Had to press a little, which was good.
Then we spent 30 minutes on what seemed to me a highly useful discussion of issues affecting our lives. Four guys talking to each other in an honest way about important things. Got this idea from Slice and decided to try it out.
