Do not be afraid to lean on your brothers. Men have a lot on their shoulders, and we get tired, stressed, overwhelmed. It is ok to not be ok. Reach out. F3 men are always there to support.

Men are often overlooked when they are struggling because we are "supposed" to juat be able to deal, not the truth. We need emotional support as well. Dont do life alone.
