Training to be Santas Reindeer

Stretches, Abe Vigodas (10IC), WGS, Imperial Walkers (15 IC), Merkins (15 SC), SSH (15 IC), Mountain Climbers (15 IC), Arm Circles (10 OYO), Circle Arms (10 OYO), Huggie Bears (10 IC), Moroccan Nightclubs (emphasis on the nightclub) (10 IC), Active Mosey to the Coupon Station.

The Q was all prepared for the PAX arrival. 4 cones layed out at different intervals. A chalk board clean and ready to be used. A palette with a rope securely affixed. No for the plan.

We circled up for a COR. Each PAX had a desginated number. We then collected our coupons and put our favorite exercise on the chalkboard. The nominees were:
1. Pickle Pushers
2. Ranger Merkins
3. Clean and Press
4. American Hammers
5. Burpees
6. Blockees
7. Dry Docks
8. Jump Squats
9. Thrusters
10. SSH

The concept was based on a AMRAP EMOM (As many reps as possible and every minute on the minute). The timer would be a PAX returning after pulling the sled (palette) with a coupon. Each time the sled returned we would change to the next PAX (Reindeer) to pull the palette (sled) and the next exercise in the list. Some exercises we did Straight Count, some we did cadence, other we did OYO.
After each PAX pulled the sled we would start another round, but add a coupon onto the palette. As we added more coupons we shortened the distance to a closer cone.
We were able to accomplish 3 complete rounds.
