Trail Run with 2.0

Q showed up with two mins to spare and he brought a rolling coupon with a 2.0 inside. Warmup next to the shovel flag!

Trail-run: perfect cool sunny spring day for a run. We took off across the bridge to the trailhead parking lot. A few stops along the way: middle of bridge: V-ups, small wood bridge: calf raises. New lookout: merkins. Gazebo: dips.
Same stops and exercises on the way back. 2.0 encouragement was non-stop.

Next fire night June 23rd, PA convergence end of June.
