Warm-up
Arm circles and leg stretching in front of the parked cars. Myra’s 2.0 was getting antsy. Loaded up the stroller and off we went.
The Thang
Trail run from the park across the bridge to the trail head parking lot. We stayed in the woods though instead of going up the steep shortcut to save time for more exercises. For the stop exercises this week we did the following:
Dips at the wooden ramp
Merkins on the bridge (3 types! Diamond, ranger, wide)
Mary
no time for Mary, Myra had to rush back because 2.0 peed himself and had to poop like crazy. Poor kid.
