Warm-up

Imperial walkers, side straddle hops, lunges, Cincinnati toy soldiers, abe vigotas, squats, monkey humpers, plank’o’rama (low plank position count’o’Rama 5x each for total 40 count), merkins (15x each), and mosey around parking lot. Followed by mosey to pavilion.

The Thang

Round 1: calf raises, dips, big boy sit ups (15x each), and side-plank’o’rama (left/right side 40 total count each). Mosey to coupons… Round 2: coupon pull throughs, coupon curls, goblin squats (15x each), 20 yard rife carry, 20 yard lunges, 15x Parker peters, 15x Peter Parkers.
