start trail run - dips on the bridge stairway, across bridge, clockwise merkins - 4 x 10, mosey to Ab workout in the middle of river (it was dry), mosey to pavilion at end of trail then Q point, dips and step ups, mosey back to midway for abs - bicycles and baby crunches, Bobby Hurley on the bridge, mosey home
