With the Murph around the corner and the Spartan in less than 2 months, I thought it would be good to focus on both with plenty of merkins and burpees and moseying. 4 of us posted at 5am for 2.4 mile EBS. Then on to the beatdown.
Conditions: humid, 72, slightly overcast, breeze out of the west at 4mph.
Kicked off at 5:30 sharp. Disclaimers agreed to so we hit it.
Warm-up
s: the usual parade of stretched from the top down, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillys, then on the ground for Mtn Climbers, Peter Parkers. On to 3 THANGS!
