As many of us were fresh off the Murph, I thought we'd do 3 things. Warm down from that, warm up for the Spartan, and spend a few minutes reviewing SLACK.

s: the standards, starting with Casey Kasums and finishing with SSH. Also circleburp as required, for the late comer.
