I had my eyes closed during some of the warm-up, but we had Knievel sneak it. Cornerstone of F3 and leadership is holding each other accountable, so 10 penalty burpees. We were all watching for Samuel Hall (Dial Up) car and expecting more burpees.

The Thang

3: Dynamic Team- This is the combination of a community (close proximity) and organization (singular purpose). This Team has Trust, they are Equipped for the Task, hold each other Accountable, and are Mission focused.

Pain Train to the other baseball field (yes, there are 2 baseball fields).
A bad and corny joke (amongst many on the day) was made by the Q about the name of the work out being name after the Greatest Generation. The name of the workout is Millennial. (it didn't go over well!)
The Q broke out the white board and had 10 exercises listed. The concept is to work as team (not as partners) to achieve an end. The end is 2000 reps. As a group we perform the exercises OYO, but the 1st PAX to 100 end that particular exercise. After which we run to center field and back to home plate. During the run the Q till tally all the totals from the PAX and write that number down. The objective is to reach a total of 2000 reps. The kicker, the 10th exercise (Burpees) we have to complete ONLY 100 amongst all the PAX ( so more teamwork and strategy to achieve that end).
