The Thang
Begin by sprinting down the line, side shuffle back to the start, sprint down again, and side shuffle back in the other direction. Then complete the first exercise of that base. Repeat and then complete the first exercise for the following base and until you go through the whole cycle. Then move on to the second exercise and continue the pattern.
