Death Valley warmup like usual!
The Thang
Emom aka tabata circuit, the fancy app didn’t work so we used a simple timer.
Every minute we start exercising for 40 seconds. 20 rest, then right back to it and repeat. Here was the routine:
All pax bring block next to pavilion
EMOM set 1: 6 mins back and for the between these two:
- 10 merkins, 10 stepups, 10 in/outs
- Block thrusters (squat press)
EMOM set 2:
- 10 Derkins, 10 sumo squats, 10 big boys
- Block curls
EMOM set 3:
- Dips!
- Moses block hold
Run around tennis court
EMOM set 4:
- hammer time
- step ups

no clue, Q had to leave and potsie took over with a Q point. The pax probably finished early knowing them!!!!!!
