- Plank Circle of Burpees: Each PAX does 5 burpees around the circle while others hold plank.

Partner Up – 3 Rounds:
Bottom of Hill:
- 10 Merkins
- 10 Big Boys
- 10 Jump Squats
Climb:
- Partner A exercise, Partner B NUR up hill, run down hill –

:fire: PICNIC TABLES – “BLAZE” (10 min)
Rotate through stations – 3 rounds:
- 20 Step-Ups (10 each leg) (IC)
- 15 Incline Merkins (SC)
- 20 Dips (SC)
- 10 Box Jumps (OYO)
