Stretch, Arm Circles (7 IC), Circle Arms (8 IC), Back Scratchers (10 IC), WGS, Mountain Climbers (10IC), Motivators from 7. There were bleachers nearby, so we can to incorporate them somehow. DIPS (10 SC), Derkins (10 IC), Ierkins (10 SC)

3: The mainevent call "The Stone Roll Challenge). we lined up shoulder to shoulder and did a quick count. With each PAX getting a number the game was explained. We had 1 stone about 10 yards in front of us. The object was to roll the stone as far as we can in the time we have remaining. The stone is rolled by the "active" PAX once roll at a time. The "active" PAX must bear crawl to the stone, roll it, than sprint back to the line. While the "active" PAX is active the remaining PAX are performing an exercise. Each PAX will get the chance to pick and Q the exercise portion. PAX 1 started as the "active" PAX and PAX 7 picked the first exercise. We switched exercises every 2 or 3 PAX. I think we made it up and down the line 3 times. We moved the stone (by my estimation) about 20 yards; which isn't be bad considering it was one roll at a time.

With 5 minutes remaining we chucked the stone back into the stream, for future use and mosied to the flag.

We decided to take advantage of the bleachers for the Mary. We did Gas Pumps (20 SC) and Wife Pleasers (10 IC).

During warm-up a local Macungie Police Officer rolled past while we were doing DIPS on the bleachers. We were hoping he would roll by during the wife pleasers; which would have impressed him even more! The Officer did stop during Parking Lot Coffee and we recruited him pretty hard. (He must have seen the wife pleasers!)

praise on the healing of booboo over the year, praise on the happy union of Minivan_PJ_Landes niece this past weekend, continued prayers for myself and my family as we grieve the loss of family.
