SSHs, IC x 20; Michael Phelps, IC x 10; Large arm circles, 5 in each direction, OYO; Abe Vigodas, IC x 10; Shoulder taps, IC x 10; Peter Parkers, IC x 10; Grass pickers, IC x 10; Merkins, SC x 10; Mountain climbers, IC x 10. Mosey around loop and back to pavilion.
The Thang
Four rounds of the following, one right after the other, 2 minute recovery break between rounds.
Merkins, SC x 15; Diamond Merkins, SC x 5; Dips, SC x 10; Carolina Drydocks, SC x 10; Dips, SC x 10; Decline Merkins, SC x 10; 12 burpees.
Total: 60 Merkins; 20 Diamond Merkins; 40 Decline Merkins; 40 Drydocks; 80 Dips; 48 Burpees.

No time. In fact, we didn't have time to get to the second half of the routine which involved three rounds of various types of pull-ups to develop the back.
