It was a great day for shooting some hoops. We had a solid turnout with 9 players and one on injured reserve.
Warm-up
Reach for the Stars, Seal Claps, Abe Vigoda,
Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Squats, Peter Parker’s, Shoulder Taps, Merkins, Mountain Climbers, SSH
The Thang
Each person will take 5 shots from either the free throw or 3 point line. For each shot miss, you accrue a burpee (3 for free throw and 1 for 3 pointer). If you rebound your miss before it hits the ground, no burpee is accrued. An airball from the 3 pointer is an additional 2 burpee. Burpees to be performed after the 5 shots. The rest of the group will do the exercise at their station, rotating after each shooter.
