We were somewhat lucky with the weather as we're in the midst of a heat wave. It was only about 65 degrees this morning.
Warm-up
Jog, SSHs, Imperial Walkers, Speed Skaters, Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Broga.
The Thang
Mosey to baseball field for:
Running bases- There are two bases with a catcher on each base protecting them. The rest of the men are runners. The object is for runners to not get tagged off base. Do 10 x Hand release Merkins if you get tagged out. We switched catchers after a few minutes.
This was one of the more fun workouts we've done and the guys were enjoying it so we played until about 5 after 6:00. We only did a few minutes of The Thang
Mosey to circle- Partner up and line up by the edge of the circle.
One man does exercise while the other does Mode of Transportation to center and back. Partners switch. Rotate to the right when both men do the exercise and MOT.
