Ring around the Rosey

SSH, AV, IW, HB, Bat wings, Stretch.

Too wet for 1st & 10 on the football field so modified to Ring Around the Rosey at the stage. Grabbed coupons and mosey to the stage. 10 rounds adding a new exercise each round. So by the last round you are performing all 10 exercises in a row. Run lap around the stage between rounds. All exercises 10 reps. The line up:

BB sit ups
Goblet Squats
Curls - for the girls
Overhead Press
Leg Lifts
KB Swings
Clean & Press
Bent Rows
Burpees
