Usual, OH Claps, Mor NC, Abe V, Grass Pickers, Im W, Toy Soldiers, Shoulder Taps, Merkens, MC, Side Lunges, SSH
The Thang
Reindeer Sleigh Run (Pair Up in two):
• Two people hold the bag (one on each side), slow mosey or walk
• Everyone else holds the rope
• Last two have to do 2 burpees
• Then run to the front
• door this until straight away
Ring the bell: (target 10 minutes)
• Each pair takes a turn, 2-3 burpees, then chase person pulling the load, must ring the bell to stop pulling.
Reindeer Obstacle Course (10-15 minutes): (Set up cones): OYO we did 3 rounds
Stations:
1. 20 dips
2. 5 - Burpees
3. Mosey to next cone (light pole)
4. Reindeer Craw to next cone
5. Lunge walk to next cone
6. Reindeer Hop length of rope
7. 10 Big boy Sit ups
8. Mosey back to start
