The Thang
Mosey to Pavilions
We do a different exercise at each pavilion with a Mide of Transportation to the next pavilion. There are 4 pavilions total.
1. Merkins
MOT-Broad jumps
2. Hang
MOT- Bear Crawl
3. Bonnie Blair Step ups
MOT-Walking Lunge
4. Shoulder taps

Go back and do the pavilion workouts in reverse.
Mosey to outer path of the park and back to the pavilion by the main parking lot.
Situps- Muhammad Ali style. Don’t count your reps until it starts to hurt.

rock, paper, scissors challenge. PAX partner up in a low plank facing each other for best two out of three. The winner from each group faces each other until there is one man left standing.
