The Thang
Our first music based workout! With some help from chat GPT, each song is accompanied by a new exercise as the song progresses. The intro starts with one, then first verse is a new exercise. The chorus is a certain selection, verse two and three new exercises, then the bridge/final chorus a finisher.
Song 1: Eye of the tiger (chest): merkins (intro) wide merkins (verse 1) diamond merkins (chorus) hand release merkins (verse 2) finale (regular merkins)
Song 2: Oceans (Hillsong): ab circuit of similar format.
Song 3: Gods great dance floor: leg circuit featuring jump squats on the chorus.
Song 4: welcome to the jungle (chest)
Song 5: Hero (Skillet): Abs
Song 6: circus for a psycho (legs) exercises called out by Picasso at each transition
Song 7: Ignition (Toby Mac) burpees for three minutes!
