The Thang
Pirate Ship Workout, a take on 4 corners, but with a bit more cardio.
Picture a pirate ship swing at an amusement park. The bandstand is our “bottom” where park visitors board the ship. We place coupons here next to the shovel flag
The ship starts to swing, we mosey around the park up to the top left corner (playground) and perform a set of exercises, then backtrack for the ships downswing back to our coupons. After a set of coupon exercises we take the rightward swing around to park up to the baseball field corner.
We swing back and forth between these three stations, exercising at each spot as we pass. In the pirate ship swinging motion.
