PAX all picked an exercise to share with the group.
Pax would do a set of any of the chosen exercises, the run a “lap” under the pavilion that included 2 down and backs, and a table crossing.
Each Pax did 35 sets (350 total reps) and 35 laps, getting in almost 2 miles.
