New Year, New Running Goals.

Four guys dragged themselves out of their racks on a damp, dark and foggy pre-morning straight outta "Beowulf" (or "The Thirteenth Warrior" if that's how you roll); dragged themselves to their vehicles; dragged themselves out of their vehicles and down to the path. That was our "warm up," Got a problem with that?

Two ran one lap (2.1 miles) and walked another (0.9 miles).
Two ran multiple laps. Hacking and wheezing, but very determined.
A good time was had by all.

Dragged ourselves back to our vehicles and went home, still in the dark and the fog.
