The Thang

The Kalsu workout was one of this year’s IPC workouts. We took the same structure and modified the exercises.

Timer is set at 1 minute, repeating. Every time the timer goes, all PAX to perform five Merkins. Between, total 100 big boy sit-ups. When 100 is reached, mosey around tennis court.
Round two: 5 merkins with EMOM timer, 100 curls
