Warm-up
10 minutes of the usual, starting with Casey kasems and finishing with mountain climbers
The Thang
what is a Murph and why is it important? (know this first)
100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, bookended with 2 one mile runs.
We split it up as follows:
5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats, equals one sequence. After five sequences we run a half mile. We are now 25% of the way through. This morning we did this twice. At the actual Murph we'll do it four times.
The key is to take your time but always keep moving.
