It was a nice sunny mild morning for a beatdown. The disclaimer was accepted by all and off we went.
Warm-up

The Thang
Indian run to and around the upper parking lot lead carried a sand bag weight and 6 did 5 burpees. In the upper lot we did merkins 15 IC, groiners 10 IC, and side planks 10 count around the horn per side. Indian run to the pavilion 6 doing 5 squats.
At the pavilion we did burpees 10oyo, Dips 25sc, squats 25sc, Derkins 25sc, Makhtar N'Diayes 10IC, step ups 25 each leg oyo, dead hang/knee ups 2x 1 minute, weighted lunge handoff in a line, ranger merkins, squat jump 25sc, low plank PP 10IC, angle grinders 10IC, superman 30 count and bird dogs.
Then Indian run to couponville for shoulder shrugs, peoples chair, overhead press and concentration curls (holding coupon at half and top of curl for various count).
