Mosey up bball hill 25 dips then karaoke the length of the court 25 squats and karaoke back for 25 merkins. Down and back up the hill again 25 more dips bear crawl the length of the court for 25 squats and bear crawl back for 25 merkins.
Finished with a ruck around the 1 mile circuit.
