March Madness - 4 corners. Each round has 4 exercises done for a prescribed rep count and repeated in each corner of the basketball court.
Round 1 - Round of 64.
16 reps each Merkins, Squats, curls, BB sit-ups.
Round 2 - Round of 32
8 reps each Kettle Bell Swings, Donkey Kicks, Calf Raises, Heals to Heaven.
Round 3 - Sweet 16
4 reps each Blockees, Shoulder Press, Pull Throughs, WW3 sit-ups (press coupons at top and bottom).
Round 4 - Elite 8
8 reps each Skull Crushers, Lunges, Knee Up Jumps, Bent Rows.
Round 5 - Final 4
Planned for 4 suicide drills but only time for 1. I was very disappointed :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:.
Went into overtime for the championship. Played 21 for 15 minutes. Chef Bromine hit the game winner from deep. Looking like one of the splash brothers!!!
