Warm-up

Mosey to Death Valley and stretch it out! Then to the basketball court to start things off.

Suicides: 20 merkins followed by a full court suicide. 20 more merkins. Then back to the pavilion.

Partner exercises: pair up and one coupon per pair. One pax runs around score board; other pax does coupon curls. Switch. Total up to 100 curls per pair. Then repeat with coupon squats.

We took a break after the curls and pork chop was a big fan. I had to catch my breath.

Another break after the squat round. Porkchop wasn’t even sweating though.

Finished with some MARY. Upon leaving Porkchop said “thanks for the workout Myra, I loved all the breaks!!!” I felt insulted and went home to cry
