Log of Fame for Spoiler

The official passing of the Log to the man of the hour, Spoiler. The PAX were reminded of the rules of the Log. A PAX can share or take the load from his brother and if the Log touches the ground, burpees for all!

4: Mosey back up to the gravely lot, plank till the 6. Circle up.
20 Squats (SC)
The Q took the log, so it was the perfect time to call for the final and 4th round of 10 penalty burpees.
20 Overhead Presses (SC).
After a few pointed barbs were directed at the Q's facial expression during the Overhead presses, the Log was passed and 20 More overhead presses were called (SC).

Ended with 20 Flutter Kicks (IC).

Mosey back to the flag. We circled up with a few remaining minutes where Spoiler took the lead. He delivered a passionate speech rooted in the book of Gideon. Whenever the PAX was able to relate with a shortcoming or feeling felt by Gideon they had to do a burpees. Needless to say we did allot, more, burpees. Moving and inspiration stuff, but the Q was grateful when the burpees were done!
