The Q had a concept of a plan, but 3 unnamed PAX helped in crafting the Beatdown, by showing up late! Amongst many things F3 is an accountability group, when we don't maintain the standard we hold each other accountable. 3 rounds of Accountability burpees will be owed!

Round 1 on Accountability Burpees. Circle burpee to 10.

Mosey to the coupons. The Swamp did not have enough to accommodate such a large crowd, but we made due. Partner up and mosey to the Pavilion nearest coupons.

DORA- partner A does the static exercise, while Partner B travels out and back. THE goal is an accumulated total of the static exercise.

Set 1- 200 DIPS and travel across the lot to the opposite building.

Round 2 of Accountability Burpees. Circle Burpee to 10.

Set 2- 150 Curls and travel to closer building and back.

Round 3 of Accountability Burpees. Circle Burpee to 10.

Set 3- thruple up! 2 PAX hold the coupon/Log together in an overhead position, while PAX 3 runs to the closest Pavilion and back. Each PaX travels 2 times.

No more Burpees (and cheers arose from the PAX)

Set 4- Partner A hangtime while Partner B travels to the closest building again. This continued for a pre set amount of time.

Return the coupons and back to the flag.
