The Thang

KISS- Keep it Simple Stupid. The Q started by saying how he was going to keep it simple for this beatdown. In the next breath he said IPC, lol. This beatdown was a derivate of IPC 2020 Week 3. The beatdown was 2 exercises, the Q increased complexity with 4 exercises.

Mosey to the loop.
The 4 static exercises
K- Kracken Burpees (regular burpee with 3 hand release merkins) (OYO)
I- Inch Worm (8 count IC)
S- Squats (SC)
S- Snow Angels (IC)

We do a certain number of rep of each static exercise, than do 1 lap around the loop. Plank till the six, rinse and repeat.
