Started at AO, mozy'd to Kalmbach park for a running/ladder style of beatdown

1- burpee
2- bb situps
3- merkins
4- SSH
5- PAX choice

Run .25 miles around Kalmbach then multiply each rep

2- burpees
4- bb
6- merkins
Etc.

Made it to 6 burpees, 12 bb, 18 merkins, 24 ssh, 30 E2K (courtesy of Dutch Oven)

Ran roughly 2.25 miles

PAX choices were great but I dont remember them :face_with_peeking_eye:​​
