OYO huggy bears, arm circles, circle arms, trunk rolls, and grass pickers. IC x 10 Abe Vigodas, ankle grinders, and hill Billy’s. Shed work: leg swings, quad stretch, and calf stretch. Mosey around the parking lot.
The Thang
8 rounds of 5 minutes. Exercises in this order: 40 block swings, 40 block jump overs, 40 thrusters, and 40 dirkins. Every 5 minutes mosey 25 yards, do 5 burpees, and return to coupon exercises.
